 Where Can I Buy Leather

There are many different varieties, colors and thickness. Beginner should buy vegetable tanned leather. This leather has good handling and a low price. You can buy it in the textile and leather shops, or order it over the internet. One good place to order is the Tandy Leather Factory.

You can use small leather scraps for art projects, like scrap booking or leather jewelry making, or larger leather scraps for fashion accessories. There are multiple places to buy leather scraps, or perhaps even barter for them. One can purchase leather scraps online wholesale or retail (though be sure to buy from a reputable source). Also visit your local shoe makers and fabricators.
